Dear Sir/ Madam,

       The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Bengal Branch will be held at 22B panchanantala Road,kolkata 700029 on 5th Sept, 2021,from 5.00 pm onwards to transact the following agenda. 

1.To consider the Annual Report for the year ending 31st March 2021,previous thereto.

2.To consider the Audited statement of Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2021 previous thereto.

3. To appoint Auditors for ensuing year and to fix their remuneration.

4.To consider and decide on the resolution which has been duly proposed and seconded by members and submitted to the SEC for its preliminary consideration at least thirty days before the time appointed for holding the meeting. 

You are requested to attend the meeting and place your valuable inputs  for further betterment of profession as a hole and for the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Bengal Branch.
